What happens after the free 1 month?
After your free first month, billing starts at £20/month. We'll email you before then — no surprises. Cancel any time, no questions asked, and your account stays active until the end of the billing period.
Does Trener take a cut of my session revenue?
No. Your session revenue goes directly from the player to your Stripe account. Trener doesn't touch it. The only fees are Stripe's standard processing rate (typically 1.4% + 20p for EU cards) — between you and Stripe, nothing to do with us.
Can I add sub-coaches?
Yes — every Coach plan includes 3 sub-coaches. Each additional sub-coach beyond that is £5/month. They get their own login and player dashboard; you keep full oversight of all sessions, players and revenue.
Do players pay for an account?
Players and parents always have free accounts. They only pay you for session credits — that money goes straight to your Stripe account. Trener's £20/month covers everything else. There is no per-player or per-parent charge.
Is there a limit on players or sessions?
No limits. Coach as many players as you like, run as many sessions as you want. Every plan covers unlimited players and sessions. The monthly fee is flat regardless of how busy you get.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel any time. Your account stays active until the end of your billing period. We don't delete your data immediately — you'll have 30 days to export session notes, progress reports and anything else you need.
When are Academy and Pro launching?
We're focused on making the Coach plan excellent before expanding. Join now — founding coaches who sign up on Coach will be offered migration to Academy or Pro at the same monthly price when they launch. Email hello@trenerapp.com to get on the list.
